- This position is only open for external candidates who are not currently employed by TNB, TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. (GenCo) or any of its subsidiary.
- CGPA 3.00 and above
- All qualifications must be recognised by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) / Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) / Engineering Accreditation Council / Engineering Technology Accreditation Council
- SPM/ SPMV with credits in Bahasa Malaysia / Melayu, English and Mathematics.
- 30 years old and below.
- Willing to be relocated at any TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. (GenCo) business units.
- Good Health Conditions and ideal BMI
- For applicants with scholarship bond, written agreement from sponsor for the release of scholar for employment with TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. (GenCo) is mandatory and to be submitted during the interview session (except from Yayasan Tenaga Nasional).
Management of Chemical & Lab Service

- Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirement and Statutory bodies
- Carry out all tasks as stipulated in OMA /PPA
- Comply with Operating Standard or Characteristics.
- Provide technical support for proper operation
- Manage Chemical Services, Lab Services and Environmental related activities.
- Manage Schedule Waste Inventory and Management.
- Ensure Environmental Management System is implemented.
- Identify MLAIR, Environmental risk and develop ORAP, SOP etc.
- Monitor and review the progress of the Risk Mitigation plan for Chemical Services and Lab Services.
- Provide avenues for the staff to enhance competencies
- Ensure staff competency, training and development program are in place.
- Engage staff towards achieving business excellent operation via involvement in station activities.
- Communicate with System Planning, OPU, GSO etc. on plant status regularly.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Owner, TNB, OEM, ISP,
- Stakeholders, DOE, DOSH, Public, Partners, Government Agencies, Suppliers /Vendors etc.
- Manage and maintain elements of GenCo Integrated Management System (ISO 14001,ISO 45001, ISO 55001, ISO 37001, ISO 9001) and other management system standards based on roles and functions as and when required to meet the ISO standard requirements in order to achieve GenCo’s policies and objectives
