Position : ANALYST ASSET INTEGRETOR
Reporting To
Lead (Asset Integrator), International Asset Group TNB
Mission (Sources of Values)
Leads in development and implementation of asset management strategies supported by high quality asset management values, systems and practices to achieve promised return of investment and effective deployment of TNB resources.
Accountability & Responsibility
- Consolidate and conduct critical analysis of assets performance across the investment portfolio; on both technical and financial areas including but not limited to EBITDA, technical issues and financial yield
- Consolidate and conduct critical analysis on early warning and red flag reporting across the investment portfolio
- Assist in (include coordinating with respective Asset Leaders) benchmarking exercise to improve both overall and individual performance across the portfolio
- Challenge on Asset Liability Management (“ALM”) Plan including conducting critical analysis on key values drivers
- Monitor progress of Value Creation and/or Value Protection Plan including pressure testing the assumptions of VCP and/or VPP
- Support development and implementation of (with assistance from IAG’s Operational Excellence & Compliance) policies, process and monitoring program in relation of asset management including investment related Special Purpose Vehicle
- Conduct (with assistance from IAG’s Governance and Compliance) surveillance audit to identify and assess compliance breaches, if any and work with the business to remediate non-compliance matters
- Identify and schedule training for the division to improve competency in investment related financial skills amongst asset managers
- Focal point for engagement with Portfolio Management.
- Focal point for Asset Management Department for any bolt-on investment activities with Early Assessment Unit on the growth of existing asset and any transactional activities with Special Situation Unit.
- Consultant/ service provider engagement and management related to services required by overall Asset Management Department.
- Provide support on any platform/enablers/reporting template for Asset Management Department.

Education

Position : MANAGER ASSET
Reporting To

Mission (Sources of Values)
- Leads in development and implementation of asset management strategies supported by high quality asset management values, systems and practices to achieve promised return of investment and effective deployment of TNB resources.
- Implement Value Creation and Protection Plan at asset level to ensure asset’s performance meets and above targeted projection and limit business disruption.
- Provide assistance in the setting up and implemention of Asset Liability Management (“ALM”) Plan together with identification of key values drivers; continuously monitor to ensure that it is within optimal range.
- Provide assistance in the setting up and execution of best practice for ‘Rules of Engagement’ with asset’s key shareholders and stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of the asset management plan.
- Monitor and provide updates on financial model and its performances reporting to Portfolio Management Department.
- Implement Asset Management Program (“AMP”) by providing professional oversight to respective asset to protect IAG investment and financial interest.
- Support the establishment and execute the post-deal integration plan to enable realization of identified synergies and to limit disruption to business operations
- Conducts critical analysis on early warning indicators of asset under purview for underperformance.
- Support the establishment & conduct monitoring of Operating Risk Management (“ORM”) by identifying & mitigating all micro and macro risks.
- Handle the management of non-financial matters including technical, governance, compliance, information, risk and documentation.
- Cultivate stakeholder network and intelligence with experts, regulators and advisors from legal, financial, commercial and technical areas with regards to assets under purview.
- Provide full support in the management of related SPVs.
- Utilise market intelligence through strategic and creative thinking to sustain and grow existing asset values.
- Involve in related new investment and bolt-on strategies/activities.
- Coordinate Companies Board of Meetings; where applicable
