  • Responsible to all spectrum of Human Resouces of TH, the leadership and strategy in meeting the TH requirements to serve the depositors and pilgrims, managing the fund, investment and business.

2.1. Qualification
  • Possess a Post Graduate Degree, Degree or Professional Certificate in Human Resources or Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
2.2. Experience Required
  • More than 15 years in Human Resources Management and at least 8 years at a senior level position.
2.3. Skills and Knowledge
  • Has a "business acumen" to support business needs.
  • Experience in Human Resource Function. 
  • Proficient in communicating effectively and has a high level of emotional endurance. 
2.4. Training
  • Professional Training or Certification in Human Resource.

3.1. Develop , evaluate and implement TH Human Resources Strategy in line with TH’s Business plan.

3.2. Leads the human resources planning and requirement based on TH's strategic business direction.

3.3. Leads and plans the human resources capability in supporting TH's growth and transformation.

3.4. Develop a competitive Total Reward Strategy.

3.5. Develop strategies for a high performing organization with a Professional Mukmin values.

3.6. Leads and advice Departments / Division on Succession Planning and talent development.

3.7. Leads in performing effective human capital functions including talent acquisition & development, training, succession planning and human resource management.

3.8. Lead and advise the Head of Human Resources of TH Subsidiaries in Human Resources management and to build a respected Islamic organization’s reputation.

3.9. Promoting conducive working environment and culture to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

3.10. Responsible in designing and maintaining a competitive in total Human Resources cost.

3.11. Establish a high-performance work culture, a strong Code of Practice and Conduct.

3.12. Develop team capability and increase knowledge of current trends, market best practices in Human Resources management.

3.13. Provide accurate information in a transparent and orderly manner to ensure human capital policies and strategies are well understood.

3.14. Establish a good relationship with the Trade Union (KESAKTI) in order to enhance the morale and commitment of support staff in achieving TH business strategies.
