JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- To provide customer service at the counter and handling telephone calls.
- Key-in data and processing of operational documents such as financing application, saving withdrawal etc.
- To assist in basic office administration and day-to-day operations.
- To ensure smooth flow of documentation and proper filing.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration/ Islamic Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in financial institution or similar industry would be an advantage.
- Have a basic knowledge in accounting.
- Possess a good analytical and communication skills at all levels.
- Pleasant personality.
- Able to perform under minimum supervision.
- Computer literate.
