1. ADMIN ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationship with clients, potential buyers and assist registration.
- Handle administrative duties and day to day office function, i.e. preparing memos/ notices, attending phone calls, emails, receiving and directing visitors, filing, faxing, stationeries, etc.
- Maintaining all official records and assist in preparing related reports.
- Assist superior in coordinating and assisting HQ requirement, departments and personnel.
- Handle travelling, meeting arrangement and housekeeping.
- Perform ad-hoc task as and when required.
Requirement:
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM). Ideally Diploma graduates.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in administrative and office management.
- High enthusiasm and creativity.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Attention to detail, organized and good time management.
- Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, observant, and a team player.
- Honest, trustworthy, respectful and demonstrate sound work ethics.
- Experience in developer environment will have added advantage.
- Multi-tasking and accomplishment in tight schedule are essential skills required.
- Locals preferred (Kedah, Penang & Perlis).
