JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma
- Similar working experience is an added advantage
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Contract position(s) available.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, screen and transfer calls to the appropriate employees.
- Take and relay telephone messages
- Greet and escort visitors to an office or meeting room
- Deal with queries from the public
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area
