1. Business Analyst

Job Descriptions

• Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS).
• Interact and organize sessions with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Identify “as-is” and “to-be” business requirement information.
• Document the business requirement information.
• Create Business Process Diagram and Business Process Description.
• Identify integration points between modules intra-system and inter-systems.
• Verify and validate the content of URS with internal SMEs.
• Review URS with internal SMEs.
• Ensure sign-off of URS document.
• Update URS document if required.
• Review System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and System Design Specifications (SDS).
• Understand business requirement in the URS.
• Act as contact person between internal SMEs and vendor’s System Analyst (SA).
• Review SRS and SDS documents.
• Interact and organize sessions involving internal SMEs and vendor.
• Verify and validate the content of SRS and SDS with internal SMEs.
• Ensure sign-off of SRS and SDS document.
• Participate in development and testing stages.
• Understand requirement from URS, SRS and SDS.
• Act as contact person to the vendor during development stage.
• Prepare, review and verify test plan and test scripts.
• Interact and organize testing and development review sessions with internal SMEs and vendor.
• Participate in testing stages such as User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Final Acceptance Test (FAT).
• Ensure sign-off of UAT and FAT.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Project Management/Business Management/Business Administration/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as business analyst in accounting financial system development projects (1 vacancies).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Visio (at least 3 years hands-on experience) as main tool.
• Knowledge in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) would be an advantage.
• Previous working experience using PPrISA and KRISA standards by MAMPU would be an advantage.
