Spesifikasi Tugasan
  • Memberi dan menerima jalan bebas untuk laluan tren, memberi kuasa bertolak kepada Pemandu Tren dan menyediakan dokumen operasi tren seperti Perintah Awas dan yang berkaitan kepada Pemandu Tren;
  • Memeriksa semua peralatan persemboyanan dan poin-poin dalam keadaan betul dan selamat;
  • Memastikan semua gerabak yang diterima samada berisi atau kosong ditempatkan di sisian berkenaan mengikut Prosedur Piawaian Operasi;
  • Memastikan semua gerabak/kontena bermuatan masuk dan keluar bermeterai mengikut metera yang telah ditetapkan dan telah diluluskan;
  • Membantu menentukan tren disediakan dan berlepas dari Yad/Terminal/Stesen mengikut Prosedur Piawaian Operasi (SOP);
  • Memastikan gerabak-gerabak berisi atau kosong dilansirkan ke sisian yang betul untuk pengisian/pemunggahan mengikut masa yang ditetapkan sepertimana yang terkandung di dalam Prosedur Piawaian Operasi (SOP);
  • Memaklumkan kepada Pegawai Penyelia berhubung dengan barang-barang atau gerabak-gerabak yang telah siap sedia untuk dihantar;
  • Mengendalikan peralatan persemboyanan stesen untuk pelepasan dan penerimaan tren;
  • Memberi isyarat semboyan tangan menggunakan bendera merah atau hijau pada waktu siang dan lampu suluh pelbagai aspek pada waktu malam semasa menerima masuk/melepaskan tren ke/dari stesen;
  • Menyediakan senarai keretarel dan dokumen tren untuk tren-tren yang akan berlepas dari terminal/yad/stesen di bawah seliaan.
Syarat Kelayakan
  • Mempunyai Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) dengan Kepujian di dalam Bahasa Malaysia serta lulus mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggeris, Matematik dan salah satu mata pelajaran Sains;
  • Telah berkhidmat sekurang-kurangnya lima (5) tahun sebagai Pembantu Trafik/Tadbir (N09G10)/Pemandu Lokomotif (A07G10) dan telah disahkan di dalan jawatan.

Jawatan : Pengurus Pembangunan Operasi

Jabatan : Human Capital Department

Responsibility
  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Support Line Managers/ Supervisors to identify learning and development needs, plan and register them for programs to address the gaps
  • Implement, evaluate and review learning & development framework that meet the strategic objectives of the business
  • Sources for the right training and development program in the market based on company’s needs
  • Administers training & development spending against the departmental budget.
  • Obtains and/or develops effective training program utilizing varieties of media.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. Modifies programs as needed based on the evaluation.
  • Support in administering the Performance Assessment process
  • Support in developing and implementing strategic OD initiatives which will ultimately assist business efficiency and capacity as well as influencing and shaping the organization’s culture.
  • Adopt a collaborative approach with higher education institutions, to develop and promote contemporary OD programs across the company
  • Participate in the collaborative development, design and implementation of talent management initiatives
  • Support in development of mentoring and coaching, team development/team building and change management programs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external providers and strategic partners (internal and external) to ensure high quality and effective delivery of services
  • Manage HRDC registration and claims with coordination with training provider and external vendors.
  • Identify and propose training programs to suit a range of developmental needs based on performance management analysis
  • Prepare monthly report to the Management
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development or Business Administration or its equivalent from any recognized University or;
  • At least 5 years of experience in organizational & talent development.
  • For internal candidate, minimum of 3 years experienced in grade G06;
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective training and development program.
  • Good communications and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work with minimize supervision.

Jawatan : Pembantu Teknikal
Gred : J05AG07
Jabatan : Rolling Stock Maintenance & Enggineering Department

Responsibility
  • To assist engineers in ensuring the maintenance of rolling stocks are according to Maintenance Schedule, MMS, and Technical Order;
  • To ensure that all spare parts are available on a business requirement basis;
  • To provide a structured and effective training regime to subordinates as to maintain and improve the skills and competencies of the team members;
  • To control spare parts and budget as allocated;
  • To manage and organize rescue services in the event of any minor or major breakdown i.e., derailment, and to rescue normal service within the estimated time;
  • To manage and control expenditures and general administration according to KTMB requirements;
  • To manage and organize the maintenance facilities of the depot so as to ensure the safety, reliability, and availability of rolling stock;
  • To formulate sound and effective maintenance i.e., daily, weekly and monthly maintenance, minor repairs of rolling stock;
  • To manage and monitor the safety and health (SHE) activities according to the OSHA 1994 (Act 514);
  • To motivate and appraise section workforce to ensure compliance with discipline and performance according to human resource requirements;
  • Available at all times for attending emergency cases;
  • To monitor closely CMMS records for Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance;
  • To audit all the reports from daily examination train, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance works periodically;
  • To revise the standard operating procedure (SOP), Works Instructions, and the checklist to ensure equipment maintainability and compliance with OEM requirements and standards;
  • To carry out other relevant works and tasks as instructed by the Chief Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Engineer of RSME as and when required from time to time.
Requirements
  • Possess Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any recognized University or Malaysian Skills Certificate Level 4;
  • For internal candidates, minimum of seven (7) years of working experience in Job Grade J06G09;
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
