1. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Job Description
- To assist in planning and developing a customer care unit.
- Handling customer enquiry and customer complaint.
- To attend all consultant enquiry on medical insurance card, bed availability or patient’s deposit during admission
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in healthcare services is required for this position
- Excellent command in both English, & Bahasa Malaysia. Arabic/ Mandarin/ Tamil is an advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work long hours.
- Pleasant personality with excellent inter-personal skill.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
