JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilties
- Responsible to team performance which includes Sales Executive at branches or Mobile Sales Force (MSF).
- Involve in sourcing & recruiting sales personnel.
- Source and maintain a network of quality referral sources.
- To ensure retail product and services being marketed and sold to support and achieve assigned sales target.
- Manage non-performers.
- To mentor Sales Executive in planning and execute sales strategy.
- To ensure every sales activity to be executed as per policy and guideline set forth by the Bank.
- To support and motivate Sales Executive to achieve individual and team sales target.
- Retain performing and potential Sales Executive.
Job Requirement
- Recognized degree in any fields preferably in Islamic Banking/Business Administration/Finance/Marketing/Mass
- Communications or equivalent.
- Must have at least 5 years experience with financial institution in similar capacities.
- Good understanding of the domestic and regional business environment would be an advantage.
- Able to lead, coach and supervise team members effectively.
- Excellent product knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
