Lead, plan, analyse, execute, monitor and assist the tasks of ICT Enterprise Application & Development Service by implementing gap analysis and assessment, end user training and project management to ensure timely and simplified value adds to the operations across the university.

Gap Analysis and Assessment
Lead, plan and execute gap analysis and assessment by (i) identifying gap analysis between IT and the university requirement using data analytics and (ii) analysing the structure and flow of the university work process to identify potential application solutions to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholder.
Application Development
Lead, analyse, execute and monitor IT application development by

Lead, analyse, execute and monitor IT application development by
(i) performing activities for design, development and execution of a database, information system and software applications and
(ii) executing end-to-end IT application enhancement and improvement initiatives, support and upgrading to ensure timely and simplified value adds to the operations across the university.
Application Incident and Problem Management
Analyse, execute and monitor the management of IT application incident by (i) performing application support in accordance with SLA and customer satisfaction index (CSI), (ii) ensuring that incidents assigned to their support groups (internal or external) are resolved and that the service is restored and (iii) determining if an incident needs to be escalated according to the priority and severity of the issue to ensure performance of a service meets the requirements of the end user.
End User Training
Execute and assist end user training framework by improving structured training programs by identifying current requirements and reviewing training modules to ensure the provided training is in accordance to the latest business applications trend and technology.
IT Project Management (Application Project Delivery)
Lead, analyse, execute and monitor the implementation of end-to-end IT Application project delivery by (i) monitoring and tracking progress,

(iv) recommending best solutions to improve quality, cost and on-time project delivery to ensure the projects meets the stipulated objectives and targets in a timely manner and adds value to the operations of the university.

- Recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree with minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
