Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and oversee facilities management service provider on daily activities for all MCMC office facilities.
- Supervise all daily maintenance requests and ensure SLA to be fulfilled.
- Manage premise space for all working areas, meeting rooms, public areas and M&E rooms are in order to improve efficiency and create comfort & safe working environment for all staff.
- Manage staff expectations, vendor contract and performance program and processes related to Facilities and outsourced services.
- Ensure Green Building index certification renewed before expiry date.
- OSHA implementation throughout MCMC premises.
- Prepare budget for MCMC building on facilities and assist State offices on budget plan for office maintenance as well as identify new land for State Offices.
- Undertake Project Planning, scheduling and monitoring related to Facilities Management and ensure timelines are adhered to.
- Candidate must possess at least a Electrical/Mechanical/ Civil Engineering from a reputable university with minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Faciliteis and Project Management is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.

2. Head of Digital Transformation and Governance
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Lead, develop and manage the Commission’s Digital Solution strategies to ensure alignment with business goals, objectives and priorities
- Identify, build, lead and deliver a Digital Solution Roadmap with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities.
- Create and manage an environment of digital innovation, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of employees and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the development of business cases inclusive of ROI and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of digital solutions.
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of all tasks and support required to ensure the successful delivery of digital solution initiatives.
- Establish a sound IT and Digital Governance system to manage risk oversight and provide better internal control for the commission.
- Lead the development of digital governance and other IT related policy and procedural documents as defined by organizational standards.
- Lead and manage the delivery of projects and coordination with other user departments to ensure smooth implementation with minimum impact on productivity and cost.
- Plan and manage department resources and project budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources and budget.
- Build strong understanding of the latest digital trends and how to incorporate relevant emerging technologies into MCMC’s digital practices to ensure the commission remains current and relevant.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's preferably Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration or other relevant qualification. Masters is an added advantage.
- At least 12 year(s) of working experience with more than 5 years in digital project management experience. Consulting or Telco experience is an added advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
