- Form strategic partnerships/collaboration with external parties to unearth new opportunities; and

Lawyers give clients legal advise on a wide variety of subjects and plead cases or conduct prosecutions in courts, or instruct barristers or advocates to plead in higher courts of justice.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in planning, developing and drafting legal framework including regulations. orders, codes and guidelines relating to the fuctions;
- Assist in drafting guidelines, contracts, memoranda of understanding, negotiation docuements and other agreements;
- Coordinate Planning and Industry Development Department activities with Legal Department;
- Assist in planning and studying the implementation of the Commission’s operations, identifying issues, developing strategies and providing legal advice and solutions in ensuring Commission’s legal interest and positions in operations are adequately safeguarded and protected;
- Advise and enforce the good governance of contracts and business documentation in accordance with Commission’s policies, statutory requirements of relevant Acts, Regulations and Codes;
- Conduct research as and when directed, and preparing a report of the findings of the research as well as outlining possible recommendations; and
- Carry out other duties as directed by the superior from time to time.
